Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, an automatic charge of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be generated. 2. In case of “No Shows” or cancellation on the same day, the charge will be 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. 3. These charges must be paid in full on or before 24 hours, if not received, an appointment cannot be scheduled again. 4. For any reason for cancellation or change, this policy will be applied as applicable. 5. If your appointment is a gift certificate, the service will count as offered. 6. If you arrive 10 minutes late, depending on the coordinated service, it will be determined whether you will be offered the remaining time or processed as a cancellation under the terms of our Cancellation Policy. 7.
